Can I cancel my order?

Note: During peak seasons (sales/holidays), order processing may be faster,
so double-check your order before placing.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We can accommodate changes (e.g., address or item size) only within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes due to fast processing. Please email us as soon as possible with your details.

How do I know if my payment is secured?

Please send your proof of payment to mannish.customerservice@gmail.com within 24 hours to confirm your order. Once received, we will verify your payment and update your order status within the same timeframe.

Kindly note: If payment is not verified within 24 hours, your order may be automatically cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges


Can I return an item?

Yes, we accept returns for full-priced items as long as they are in brand-new condition—unused, unwashed, and include all original packaging components (such as the note card, stickers, etc.). Items must also be free from any damage caused after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important: As part of our verification process, you must take a clear video of the sealed package before opening to serve as proof in case of damage or return requests. This video is required to support your return claim



How do I return an item?


To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through mannish.customerservice@gmail.com.

Be ready to provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for the return
  • A clear unboxing video (as stated above)

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed that it meets our return policy, we’ll send you the return instructions.

Packaging for return:


Please carefully remove the kraft mailer packaging without tearing the adhesive flap. This same mailer—with the flap intact—must be reused to pack and return the item.

All returns must comply with the stated conditions to be accepted.


Can I exchange an item?

At the moment, Mannish does not offer direct exchanges.

However, feel free to contact us at mannish.customerservice@gmail.com to discuss possible solutions.

Shipping & Delivery


Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! Mannish offers local shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been picked up by the courier.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

How long is the shipping time?

We follow estimated delivery lead times based on your location:

Metro Manila

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping time is 2-3 days

Provincial

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping time is 7-10 days

    Note: Remote or island areas (e.g., Palawan, Siargao) may take a few additional days depending on courier access.
